Satay is a Malay food that is marinated, skrewered, and grilled on sticks and served with a delicious peanut sauce on a plate. It usually is found in restaurants, food courts, and especially night markets throughout every state in Malaysia. One stick of satay costs less than RM1 and the popular kinds of satay are usually made with beef, chicken, and mutton. However, the different regions in Malaysia has developed their own unique satay recipe and it is very mouth savouring when you get to try it out.
